In the first days, the risk is ours

You can withdraw within 7 days, no justification

✓7 calendar days to withdraw, counted from the purchase, with no reason required — art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code, and it applies to everything we sell here.
✓School gives 15 days, by our own policy and not by law: watching the lesson does not extinguish your right to withdraw from it.
✓On entry products up to R$ 590 the refund is full within 7 days, even if the report was already delivered. Absorbing a few refunds is cheaper than arguing with you.
✓You request it from your account, in two clicks, and get a numbered ticket immediately — no retention queue and nobody trying to talk you out of it.

Four of the fifteen labs in Zhuhai have nothing to do with circuit boards. They are the ones serving wood, metal, plastic and packaging.

A limit we state before you find it yourself: every case we have published so far is an electronic product. What is above is what the facility does, not a list of sectors we have already served. What usually blocks the decision

›How long do you take to reply?

Receipt is confirmed immediately, with a ticket number, through the same channel you used. The reply comes within 5 days — that is the term in Decree 7.962/2013 and it is what our Terms say. We have no 24-hour call centre and we do not promise one.

›Who signs the contract and issues the invoice?

Colabtec Digital LTDA, Brazilian company number 65.787.255/0001-91, based in Barueri, SP. It sells, charges and answers to you. Part of the execution happens in China through Zhuhai Colabtec Technology, but that does not change who answers: the Brazilian company.

›Do you charge in reais? What if I am outside Brazil?

Charges are in Brazilian reais, with a Brazilian invoice, by card or Pix. Dollar or yuan figures shown on the site are reading references, not billing currency. If you are outside Brazil and need an invoice in another currency, write before buying — today we cannot issue one.

›Can I pay in instalments?

Instalments are whatever your card issuer offers at the checkout screen, and the published price is the single-payment price. Whenever there is a difference between paying at once and in instalments, it appears before you confirm — art. 52 of the Consumer Code requires it, and we require it of ourselves.

›Is there an NDA? Who owns what gets developed?

We sign a mutual NDA before you send drawings, schematics or a bill of materials — ask for it on first contact. Ownership terms live in each project's contract, because they change with what each side brings. The published Terms describe the default for deliverables; read them before closing.

›Do you travel outside Zhuhai? My suppliers are in another province.

The facility is in Zhuhai, and that is where samples are shipped. An on-site visit to a factory in another province is possible, carries travel cost and is agreed case by case — it is not a list-price service. Say where your supplier is during the Diagnosis and you get a straight answer.

›What if I buy and do not like it?

You withdraw within 7 calendar days, no justification, from your account, in two clicks — 15 days for School. On entry products up to R$ 590 the refund is full even if the report was already delivered. The ticket is numbered and issued immediately.

›My product is not electronic. Does this work for me?

Four of the fifteen labs are not electronics: mechanics, plastic injection, 3D printing and testing. But to be straight with you: every case we have published so far is an electronic product. The 30-minute Diagnosis exists to answer this for your case — and if the answer is that we are not the right people, that is what you will hear.

›I already bought. Where do I follow it?

Under Sign in, at the top of the site. Access is by magic link — you type your e-mail and receive entry, with no password. Your orders, invoices, credits, scheduled sessions and delivery files are all there.
