No. We never charge the candidate for a job. Joining the pool, curation, and recommendations cost the professional R$ 0. What is paid for is the assessment (X-Ray, R$ 97) and the trilingual dossier (R$ 690), content products that stay with you whether or not an opening exists. When a hire happens, the success fee is paid by the hiring company.
Who sees my profile, and when?
Only whoever you authorize. You choose field by field what stays visible, you can hide the whole profile at any moment, and before any recommendation the opportunity is shown to you first. None of your data reaches a company without your explicit consent for that specific recommendation.
What exactly do I get, and how fast?
With the X-Ray, a written assessment in 5 business days: how your profile reads in China, the strengths worth leading with, and the three costliest gaps. With the Dossier, in 15 business days, resume and portfolio in all three languages, a 12-month development plan, and one revision round after you read it. It is a best-efforts service: we deliver the material on schedule, not a job.
Can you get me a job, an interview, or a visa?
No, and anyone promising that is lying. Colabtec does not promise a hire, an interview, a salary, or a visa. We present profiles to companies in the ecosystem when it makes sense, always with your consent, and each company decides on its own. Operating in China requires the proper visa, granted by the Chinese authorities on the basis of a formal invitation from an employer. That is not something we issue or guarantee.
Do I need English or Mandarin?
Neither is a prerequisite for anything here. The dossier comes out in all three languages regardless. The 12-month plan tells you which language level actually changes things in your specific case and which one changes nothing, so you don't spend two years on a course that carries no weight in your field.
