How do I ship my products to China?
The review comes first: you fill out the application and our team analyzes the product's feasibility. Once approved, we guide you through shipping products or samples to the Colabtec facility in Zhuhai. From there, receiving and warehousing are on us.
Which products are accepted?
Every product goes through an individual feasibility review. We analyze the category, quantity, product condition, and international sales potential. Share as much as you can in the form — the more context, the faster the answer.
How much does it cost to sell through Colabtec Shop?
The commercial model is defined in the contract, based on scope: listing only, or a full operation with inventory and fulfillment. It may include a commission on sales. That's why pricing is by request — every product gets its own format.
Do you actually operate on a marketplace?
Yes. Colabtec has experience with AliExpress and already runs distribution for client products. Behind Shop is the infrastructure of Zhuhai Kameda Technology, with Nelson Kameda operating in China since 2006.
Who handles customer service and logistics?
The Colabtec team, straight from Zhuhai. Buyer support, order management, inventory control, and shipping are all part of the operation, as agreed in the contract.
Can I track my sales?
Yes. Client visibility is part of what Shop offers: you receive sales, inventory, and commission reports for your operation, in the format defined in the contract.
