Nelson Kameda is a Brazilian entrepreneur and software and hardware developer. Since 2006, he has connected Brazilian companies to the Chinese ecosystem. Not as a visitor: he understands the need in Brazil, translates it to the reality of China, finds the suppliers, and delivers a finished product. That's over 20 years of relationships built day by day — not on business trips.
Out of that journey came a real factory in Zhuhai. Zhuhai Kameda Technology runs an SMT line, produces electronic equipment, and develops hardware, firmware, and embedded software, plus testing and assembly. The same building houses 11 innovation labs. Years went into developing PCBs, systems, automation, and products for Brazilian companies. That industrial base is what gives substance to everything Colabtec offers.
Over time, several Brazilian companies started coexisting inside the factory. Engineers, business owners, and technicians from different projects sharing the same labs, having lunch together, trading ideas, and creating new opportunities. In practice, the place became a technical coworking space and an informal Brazil-China incubator. The insight was clear: the exchange was worth as much as the production — and the factory alone didn't communicate all that value.
Colabtec is the answer to that insight. It turns the accumulated experience, the physical structure, the labs, and the supplier network into an organized ecosystem of products: coworking, immersion trips, mentoring, incubation, acceleration, courses, and full-scope projects. The factory wasn't replaced — it's still there, a technical asset that Colabtec programs tap into whenever a project needs it.
Today Colabtec runs a binational structure. In Brazil, Colabtec Digital LTDA, based in Barueri, handles the digital and commercial side. In China, Zhuhai Colabtec Technology Co., Ltd. runs the physical side of the ecosystem, with roughly 1,000 m² for coworking, labs, courses, and events. In 2025, presentations to business owners and investors in Brazil and China brought the first companies into the structure under the Colabtec model.

Incorporated in Barueri (SP). It handles the digital and commercial side in Brazil: if you buy a course, subscribe to software, or hire online mentoring, this is the company you deal with.
Incorporated in Zhuhai. It runs the physical side of the ecosystem: ~1,000 m² of coworking space, labs, and rooms — in the same building as the Zhuhai Kameda Technology factory and the Colabtec Show studio.
